Margaret CyphersCreative Director.Fact voted most athletic. in 1989. // Scott Gustlin | Margaret brings over 16 years of advertising, design and interactive experience—with key roles in shaping national and global brands. Her career spans from traditional advertising with ad giant Campbell Mithun Esty to interactive pioneer AGENCY.COM. Her client roster includes DowBrands, Sprint, 3M, Frigidaire, Pioneer Electronics, RockResorts and Vail Resorts.
Margaret’s success stems from her dynamic leadership style, innovative concept development, and design vision that deliver powerful, effective solutions. Her talent in leading design teams on large-scale projects generates breakthrough solutions that exceed her clients’ creative and strategic goals. Ryan CantrellInteractive Strategist.Fact owns more bikes than most families. // Scott Gustlin | Ryan is responsible for Web Strategy and Technical Guidance for RTP’s Interactive solutions. He consults with customers on an ongoing basis helping them to take advantage of the latest web innovations and to engage in a constructive dialog with their customers online.
With RTP since 2005, Ryan brings over 13 years of experience consulting on, creating and delivering interactive, web enabled solutions. Specializing in the integration of the various facets of RTP’s delivery team (Design, Development and Delivery) to ensure high quality solutions, Ryan previously served as the Director of Operations for RTP’s Internet Solutions division. Prior to joining RTP; Ryan worked as a Manager with Accenture’s Silicon Valley practice. |
Eric MyersProject Director.Fact kayaks in places that can make grown men cry. // Scott Gustlin | Eric leads the Project Management Team to achieve key management objectives for delivery of Interactive projects. Previous to joining RTP in 2005, Eric worked as an analyst and technologist to define market requirements and deliver Interactive Customer Relationship Management solutions to Fortune 500 Companies integrating sales, marketing and customer service applications with back-end enterprise systems at Aurum Software, Baan and Infor.
In addition to 14 years of technology experience, Eric also has resort experience with 8 years combined experience at Breckenridge and Vail Ski Schools and completed his full PSIA certification in 2001. |
Monica KurtzRegional Account Manager.Fact professional salsa dancer in training. // Scott Gustlin | Monica serves as account manager and initial point-of-contact on many client web initiatives. Monica has over 18 years of account management experience with marketing and advertising agencies on clients that include McDonald’s, Midas, National Ski Areas Association (NSAA), The Jane Goodall Institute, The Children’s Hospital (Denver), Qwest Communications, Armstrong World Industries and Telluride Resort. Monica manages key customers including Alyeska Resort, Kicking Horse Resort, Real Hotels and Resorts, Coach USA and Blue Mountain Ski Area.
Prior to joining RTP, Monica managed her own internet marketing consulting firm specializing in SEO, PPC and eMail marketing services. Prior to starting her own consultancy, she served as Media Marketing Manager for Aramark Educational Resources. |
Matt BaumeyerRegional Account Manager.Fact was once a white house intern. // Scott Gustlin | Matt serves as a primary account contact and represents the client’s voice within RTP. He is responsible for account strategy, relationship management and ensuring the lines of communication remain open.
Matt has more than 17 years of senior management experience with web development and advertising agencies. He was owner and COO of one of the top branding agencies in the Rocky Mountain region from 1998 until 2007, leading strategic planning, brand development and campaign implementation for leading companies including Vail Resorts, Sonnenalp Resort, Winter Park Resort, Sprint, Hoepot, Coors Brewing Company, Waterpik, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, AIG, SunAmerica, Qwest Communications, Comcast, EchoStar, AMC, ESPN and other global 2000 brands. During Matt’s tenure as an agency principal he managed growth of the agency’s impressive client roster, while providing expert strategic counsel in the areas of brand development, experiential marketing and creative strategy. His agency was recognized as one of the top independent creative agencies in the region, winning numerous design campaign awards. Matt has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University. |





With over 17 years in the interactive business Scott has experience running interactive agencies both in the U.S. and abroad. He served as a regional president in the U.S. for global interactive agency AGENCY.COM before being selected to serve first as Managing Director over their London office and then as Vice President of their European Operations. During his tenure at AGENCY.COM Scott was responsible for serving several of their key customers including Toyota, Sprint and British Airways.
