RTP understands the importance of a successful implementation. That's why we've developed PRIME (Proven RTP|ONE Implementation Methodology E lements), a process methodology designed to ensure that all of our customers have a smooth implementation and transition to the RTP|ONE system. 

The PRIME methodology is a six step process that includes everything from Sales and Discovery to Planning, Execution, Go Live and Support.  Each step of the process has clearly defined goals and outcomes to make certain you get the most out of RTP's products and services.  

A successful implementation requires professional project management using a detailed project plan and an industry standard project management process. This is why careful planning is the key to a successful implementation.  We encourage our clients to actively participate in the implementation process, to create a collaborative environment in which information is shared freely. Every RTP customer is assigned an Implementation Manager that will work directly with you to define the project, and establish roles and responsibilities, as well as manage timelines and identify major milestones.
