RTP Names New Vice President of Software Development
Steve Peck Joins RTP’s Management Team,
Bringing Over 10 Years of Experience
Avon, Colo., Sept. 26, 2005 – RTP, the leading provider of integrated point-of-sale and service software for the resort, recreation and attractions industries, today announced Steve Peck has joined the company as Vice President of Software Development, reporting directly to RTP’s Chief Technology Officer, Mark Roebke. In this new role, Steve will be responsible for the company’s software product development, including the ongoing enhancement and evolution of the company’s newest software solution, RTP|ONE, which is based on Microsoft™ .NET technology, and the company's flagship product, ResortPOS.
Steve brings more than 10 years of software development, eCommerce and consulting experience at large Fortune 1000 corporations as well as smaller, start-up organizations. Prior to joining RTP, Steve worked for eBay as Sr. Manager, Direct Marketing & Merchandising Solutions Software Development, and was responsible for the development and technology infrastructure providing advanced capabilities to global marketing organizations. Prior to joining eBay, Steve worked for Accenture for 8 years, where he oversaw and managed various strategy, process and technology projects for numerous key accounts, including Electronic Arts/EA.com, AOL/Time Warner, BEA Systems and Hewlett Packard.

Steve holds a BS in Computer Engineering/Computer Science from Brown University and Advanced Project Management coursework from Stanford University.
