RTP Names New Vice President
of Professional Service & Human Resources

Megan Frigon Joins RTP, Bringing over 13 Years of Experience

Avon, Colo., November 9, 2004 - Resort Technology Partners (RTP), the leading provider of integrated point-of-sale and service software for the resort, attractions, hospitality and sports retail industries, today announced Megan Frigon has joined the company as Vice President of Professional Services and Human Resources, reporting directly to President and CEO, Charlie L'Esperance. In her new role, Megan will be responsible for RTP's Professional Services and Human Resource functions and will oversee all aspects of Service Delivery, Hiring, and Employee Training.

Megan brings more than 13 years of years of general management, HR, and consulting experience with Fortune 1000 corporations and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining RTP, Megan served as Director of HR & People Operations at Outward Bound West, where she designed and implemented HR processes, systems, and tools for a virtual organization and seasonal workforce. Prior to Outward Bound West, she held various leadership positions at Accenture/Andersen Consulting, LLC, most recently as a Global HR and Operations Lead for the Network Service Line, a subset of the Global Communications and High Tech Business Unit. In this role, she was responsible for coordinating and monitoring an annual capital budget of $11 million and leading a diverse international team of IT professionals.

Megan holds MBA and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Notre Dame. She is also a graduate of the Executive Development Program, General Management Certification, at the Wharton School of Business.
