Relationship Manager
SUMMARY
RTP specializes in software, web and integration services unique to the resort and recreation industries, in particular to the ski and parks/attraction market segments. RTP is made up of three departments: Sales, Development and Delivery & Support; within Delivery & Support there are two teams: Delivery and Support. This position is responsible for maintaining the on-going success of our customers after the initial delivery of the products and requires an in depth knowledge of our products and services as well as strong communication and organizational skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RTP Relationship Managers are responsible for maintaining the overall customer relationship and satisfaction by serving as the main point of the contact post-delivery. Relationship Managers will be required to maintain a consistent communication channel for the customer, define business requirements for new enhancements and requests, serve as an escalation point for all issues, ensure accurate invoicing, and be an internal advocate for the customer when appropriate.
Continually develop, improve and expand the client relationship

Provide oversight for all aspects of the client relationship post delivery.

Primary liaison for clients post delivery and ongoing basis.

Establish routine communication process to share information about RTP product release plans, new product development efforts and upgrade paths.

Define product enhancements, upgrades and new product implementations.

Establish appropriate forums for clients to provide input regarding new product opportunities, feature additions and other feedback with regard to RTP’s products and services.

Work closely with all of delivery and support to “quarterback” internal RTP resources and activities across various departments to assure that the needs of the client are met.

Communicate client issues and concerns to appropriate areas of RTP and work to improve processes and procedures.

Serve as an escalation point for all issues.
Focus on maximizing the satisfaction and continuing with a partnered approach

Ensure that proper expectations are communicated and understood by client with regards to ongoing support requirements, deliverables, and roles and responsibilities.

Monitor status of ongoing projects – working closely with other internal resources to ensure that all enhancement requests and product upgrades are delivered appropriately.

Review post implementation Delivery and Support billing to ensure accuracy.

Assume primary relationship with customer, post delivery and formal transition to support desk.

Travel required to ensure ongoing success of customer relationship.
DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
At least 2-5 years experience in Account/Relationship Management preferably in a related industry or field.
Candidate must:

Demonstrate expertise in Software, Web and/or Integration Services.

Possess Ski and P&A industry knowledge.

Define and analyze business requirements regarding new functionality.

Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

Be Proficient in Microsoft MS Word, MS Excel.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Hardware, network and SQL knowledge a plus.

Salesforce.com knowledge a plus.

Be readily available to manage the on-going needs of customers.

Market new RTP products and services to the customer.

Ability to think creatively.

Properly reflect RTP image and product in marketplace.
