Eric Phannenstiel
Founder & Vice President of Administrative Services

Eric Phannenstiel is a co-founder of RTP and serves as Vice President of Administrative Services.  In this role, Eric is responsible for all administrative functions of RTP including, HR, Payroll, Benefits, Office Management, Professional Development and Internal IT for the entire organization.  

Before co-founding RTP, Eric was involved with the design, development, deployment and training of ResortPOS at Vail Resorts.  His 10 years with the Vail Resorts IT department also involved new technology research and development particularly in the area of wireless and access control projects.  Prior to Vail Resorts, Eric worked as a Seismic Crew Manager for Western Geophysical and Shell International in West Africa, Australia, Europe and the U.S.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.  He achieved the PMP (Project Management Professional) status from the Project Management Institute in 2003.
