Steve Peck
Vice President, Software Development

As RTP’s Vice President of Software Development, Steve is responsible for RTP’s product development strategy, organization and process and the ongoing enhancement and evolution of all the company’s web software and web products. This includes our flagship software suite, RTP|ONE, based on the Microsoft's .NET technology and the company’s legacy product, ResortPOS.  Steve also responsible for RTP's web development resources, delivery and execution. 

Steve brings more than 10 years of software development, eCommerce and consulting experience at large Fortune 500 corporations as well as smaller, start-up organizations.  Prior to joining RTP, Steve worked for eBay leading the Direct Marketing & Merchandising Solutions Software Development organization, and was responsible for the development and technology infrastructure providing advanced solutions throughout eBay's global marketing organizations.  Steve managed an annual technology budget of $8 Million and oversaw revenue generating systems as part of the eBay platform generating $150 Million.  Prior to joining eBay, Steve worked for Accenture for 8 years, where he oversaw and managed various strategy, process and technology projects for numerous accounts, including Electronic Arts/EA.com, AOL/Time Warner, News Corp, BEA Systems and Hewlett Packard.

Steve holds a BS in Computer Engineering/Computer Science from Brown University and completed Advanced Project Management coursework at Stanford University.
