The Vision.

In 1998, while developing a new software system for Vail Resorts, Inc., RTP’s five co-founders created an entirely new, fully integrated Ticketing-POS software system from which the entire ski industry could benefit.

Fact   No alpine ski areas existed in 1932 when the Winter Olympic Games came to America for the first time.

A decade later, 22 of the top 30 ski resorts in the U.S. and Canada use RTP’s patented RTP|ONE enterprise software to run their ski mountain operations.

Once RTP|ONE is installed, our resort partners quickly discover how much more efficient it is to operate a single integrated system that controls everything from ticketing and pass sales, access control and ski school, to retail & rentals, food & beverage, and activity management.

After several generations of enhancements and upgrades since its debut in 2004, RTP|ONE now also provides resorts with Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to gather, store, organize and analyze important customer data. It also easily integrates with 3rd party software or to RTP’s own Distribution Services (DS) software for the ultimate in system flexibility and scalability. All of this is possible thanks to a Microsoft .NET Enterprise Framework that is designed to grow as your resort grows.
