As RTP’s controller, Bob oversees all finance and accounting functions. He has more than 20 years of finance and accounting experience, including nine years in the hospitality and ski industry with Vail Resorts, Inc., where he held progressively responsible positions as the director of finance for Corporate Financial Planning, Vail and Beaver Creek Mountains, and Sports and Recreation.

Prior to joining RTP, Bob was the Chief Financial Officer at Wonderland Homes where he helped grow Wonderland to a top-20 Denver-metro homebuilder. 

Bob graduated from the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance and earned an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder – Leeds School of Business.
