// Ben Hadley | |  Eric Phannenstiel is a co-founder of RTP and serves as Vice President of Hardware Solutions. He is responsible for managing access control, printing and point of sale peripherals integrated with the RTP|ONE commerce engine and SKIDATA RFID systems.
Previously, Eric has led many functions at RTP, including Project Management, Delivery, HR and Customer Support.
Before co-founding RTP, Eric was at Vail Resorts for 10 years where he was involved in the design, development, deployment and training of ResortPOS at Vail Resorts. He was also involved in new technology research and development, particularly in the area of wireless and access control projects. Prior to Vail Resorts, Eric worked as a Seismic Crew Manager for Western Geophysical and Shell International in West Africa, Australia, Europe and the U.S.
Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
