Ben leads mergers and acquisitions for RTP. Prior to joining RTP, Ben led non-U.S. operations for PriceGrabber.com and spent four years scaling the Yahoo! Search Marketing division outside the U.S. As part of GoTo.com, and later Overture Services, Inc., his efforts contributed to scaling the domestic and international business toward a $1.7 billion exit event for shareholders. As an attorney in private practice in Newport Beach, Calif., he helped small companies preserve leverage in finance transactions, intellectual property licensing matters and a wide variety of corporate transactions.
