Ben considers himself lucky to be part of the leading edge of year-round resort technology in the heart of ski country.  He leads mergers & acquisitions and business development functions for RTP.  Prior to joining RTP, Ben led non-U.S. operations for PriceGrabber.com  and spent 4 years scaling Yahoo! Search Marketing division outside the U.S.  As part of GoTo.com and later Overture Services, Inc., his efforts contributed to scaling the domestic and international business toward a $1.7 billion exit event for shareholders.  As an attorney in private practice in Newport Beach, California he helped small companies preserve leverage in finance transactions, intellectual property licensing matters and a wide variety of corporate transactions.  Ben is a student of negotiation culture and enjoys the variation in deal strategy & tactics across Asia, the Americas and Europe. 

When enjoying life outside the office Ben is an avid telemark and downhill skier, a mediocre surfer and remains hopeful that club rugby will once again return to the Vail Valley.
